Trump Derangement Syndrome is a term that was made up by Republicans to describe those who were rightfully terrified and enraged when Donald Trump was elected president in 2016. I always felt the term should have been coined by everyone who hadn’t been brainwashed by Trump to describe those who had been because they are, in fact, deranged. According to this article published on CNN’s website, naming a “derangement syndrome” on behalf of a president has been around since 2003 when referring to people who didn’t like the policies of George W. Bush. Per the article,
