Abortion was banned in my state and there was no vote. That’s not what Dobbs did nor was that what the election in Kansas was about. Kansas has a Democrat woman for governor so they were surely trying to work their way around that so they could ban abortion in the state. If Dobbs were about that then states that banned abortions would have had a vote. Like Kansas.
