Are you feminine or masculine? Do you know for sure? If you’re uncertain, or need your truth solidified, there are quizzes you can take to answer that question for you. I’m not sure why anyone would want to take one of these quizzes outside of wanting to do something “fun.” I, personally, would never take a quiz like this seriously. I’m probably less into gender roles than your average person. Or, rather, I’m less into using gender to explain attitudes and behaviors than your average person. I don’t think that everything can be explained by gender. For example, “everyone” knows that women expect everyone around them to be mind readers. As a woman, I don’t expect anyone to read my mind. Closed mouths don’t get fed is the adage. If there’s something you expect someone to do or know, tell them. If you want your significant other to get you flowers, tell them. Tell them your favorite flower. Tell them your favorite florist too. In general, express your wants and your needs. There’s also the “understanding,” frequently joked about on social media, that women like to eat off their partner’s, and others’ plate. I can’t stand that. I order what I want.
