What do Black people accomplish from not “moving on?”

Don’t take that statement at face value. I think if you forget history, you’re bound to repeat it. In fact, that’s what’s happening in America now.

Black people will never forget about slavery and oppression, but if we were treated fairly, we would not still constantly evoke it.

We have no choice.

What do Black people gain from speaking out about racism? I know that to some white people, we like being “victims,” “whiners,” or “complainers.” There are Black people, and other people of color, who feel this way too. I will be all of that for you.

It’s argued that we want “special privileges” like affirmative action. There will always be those who think we get any positions of influence because of the color of our skin.

This white woman seems to think we get free college, free education, free everything. She also thinks we have higher “test scores,” whatever that means.

I’ve been accused of writing articles and stoking “division” for financial gain. Trust me…
