Gwyneth Paltrow’s Diet Made Me Order A Pizza
Well, it wasn’t her diet.
It was the backlash and the absurdity of it all. And, yes, it’s absurd for a wellness podcast to advocate, and, yes, it was advocation, when it was released, a diet that consists of liquids and vegetables. That’s it. It’s also absurd that both a health professional and a self-professed health and wellness guru didn’t see anything wrong with it!
Paltrow deserved this backlash because its past time for crash diets, fad diets, restrictive diets, and other forms of disordered eating to stop being pushed onto the public (especially with people, like teenagers, not knowing any better).
Recently, actress and founder of Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow, went viral for telling the world what she doesn’t eat, I mean, eats in a day.
During a podcast called The Art of Being Well (ironic, right) with Dr. Will Cole, a PhD in natural medicine, Paltrow disclosed her diet. She stressed the importance of detox. It’s not clear what Paltrow is detoxing from.
