I saved 200 dollars last week pretty easily.

Here’s how…

Starbucks

I usually load the Starbucks’ gift card that’s on my app for $25 dollars at the beginning of each week. Throughout the week, that’s my budget. It doesn’t go far. I can get around four coffees, Refreshers, teas, or a combination of the three, if I only order drinks. However, I typically want a Danish warmed twice or a birthday cake pop to go along with whatever I’m drinking. Using my stars, I usually stay on budget, but that’s a lot of money to be spending weekly.

Last week, I used the coupon in the McDonald’s app to get an iced coffee for $.99 every morning. It’s a coupon that can be used daily and your coffee can be small, medium, or large. No, there’s not a lot of variety. In my case, I could get a french vanilla, or caramel, iced coffee. No yummy refreshers made with dried fruit and lemonade. However, the coffees were good, they were cheap, and they only cost me 5 dollars for the week. That’s a savings of $25 dollars.
