Here's a take on it by a former NYPD detective. Officer Goodman was leading them to a spot where other cops were and he diverted them from the Senate chambers.

If he'd shot them, they'd made January 6 all about him and how he didn't have to use force like the white cops who didn't and were also letting them in because they were in on it.

It was a Black officer, Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who shot Ashli Babbit. To this day, they act like it was murder and unjustified.

The Black cops were the only cops who handled business that day. I salute!

Now, I think they should have gotten somewhere and hid😂 Not their problem, especially since some of the Rethuglican politicians were in on it too!
