I agree. A relationship is a partnership. Also whatever works for a couple is their business. Bringing in “society” and societal standards into a relationship between two people can ruin it. This guy is the perfect example of that. He wants to be “the man” so now it looks like this was the straw that broke the camel’s back, or maybe he had to go to social media because they weren’t on speaking terms.
