I always wonder if public proposals are a way to “force someone’s hand” in the back of my mind simply because I’m cynical. Or I assume the people are attention seekers or just romantic. My sister watched it and said she did it in public thinking he would say yes. Like I said in my article, I don’t know enough about them or their relationship to form a valid opinion.
