I don’t actually believe in smv but I am disturbed by, and have written about, men’s entitlement to women they believe are in their league, or should be eager to settle for them. Their horrid personalities be damned. Also I wouldn’t want a man “settling” with me because he believes I’m as good as it gets for him. Eww.
