I mentioned in my article there isn’t a lot of research or data concerning the subject. I, however, won’t count this study out. That’s a lot of 911 calls and it specifically states that they were specifically monitoring calls to Black neighborhoods…certain types of Black neighborhoods at that. If white police officers were five times more likely to pull their gun, then that’s what happened. That’s the results. I’ve seen several studies where women are less likely to pull guns/use unnecessary force.
