I think the white supremacy power structure is global because of slavery and colonialism. It doesn’t matter if white people are the majority or not. I don’t think conflicts amongst the same people is racism because it’s no racial dynamic. I hesitate to use the word tribalism because it’s not acceptable anymore but I can’t think of another one.
