I think you eat pretty well in addition to being naturally thin. I have a really slow metabolism-I had it checked-and I love sweets and snacking. I’ve cut down both—sweets and snacking—which means I don’t gain weight and I’m healthier. Anyway, I wish people realized you can’t look at people and tell if they eat a little or a lot. I prefer to eat what I want, hopefully in moderation, because it doesn’t make that much of a difference for me. Unless I start gaining weight.
