If you understood the title or the article, it’s about Black American identity vs African American identity. It’s culture, food, language, music, etc and if it commenced because of my ancestors being brought here enslaved then that’s that. I will never be just “American” as you say. You brought up your people as a comparison, whoever they are, in an attempt to say they handled whatever happened to them better, which I categorically reject. As I said, what do your people have to do anything.

I will call myself what I like and I will also continue to write what I like.
