I’m confused by these new rules too. It’s something I’ve also noticed too. You cannot tell someone with two Black parents that they are not Black, I don’t care how they look (to you). I wonder where all of this is coming from. I’m not sure how I feel about the one drop rule though. I feel that biracial people can identify however they want being that the 1 drop rule was made because Black blood was thought to be “tainted.”
