MAGA is Infighting and This is Just the Beginning

When people show you who they are, believe them the first time, a wise woman once said. This woman was American poet, memoirist, writer, and civil rights activist, Maya Angelou. These words are certainly applicable to president-elect Donald Trump and his first term in office. Trump showed the world, including those who voted for him three times, exactly who he is and what he stands for. Yet, many of his supporters, who he does not stand for, or with, chose to view him as the sole, savior figure who can rescue America and make it great again. In short, they voted against their own best interests. Trump and his cronies don’t care about anyone who isn’t white, spectacularly wealthy, or at least stable enough to survive the next four years, or longer.

Trump has officially made America an oligarchy run by the elite he often raved against while campaigning. Every policy, decision, and tax break that comes down during his second term from wages, acceptable work conditions and hours, education, climate change, housing, healthcare, costs of goods and supplies, and government entitlements (they include your social security in this), will be made based on the best interests of the 1%. No, they will be based on the best interests of the tip of the 1%.
