Well, there are several reasons. First of all, I’ve never heard of a ruling like this. I mean, I’m sure it’s not the first one, but this man has to turn over the plaintiffs’ monetary judgment to a receivership. Never heard of that. It’s almost like Giuliani, known for implementing stop and frisk laws that unfairly targeted Black and minority citizens, has been sued down to his drawers. And he deserves it. He is a walking, talking, breathing example of someone who allowed their hate to consume, and eventually, destroy them.
I think more than anything it’s the fact he never thought this would happen. He thought that he would be the one protected by the law and his connections. Giuliani thought that he, wealthy…
