Thanks for your informative comment. The Pilgrims were a different group from the Puritans but people lump them together and they became meshed in with the puritans in the Massachusetts Bay Colony.

I remember some of this from school but superficially. I was reacquainted when I researched for my article. I will read yours.

I’m going to watch the Tudors on Netflix. Really interesting times. I hope they don’t mess a lot with the real history.
