This is my new relationship with food and I’ve had a coach/dietitian for over a year. I haven’t lost weight in awhile and it’s no longer a goal. I don’t even set it as a goal anymore. I have recently lost inches and people comment on the weight I’ve lost, not knowing the scale hasn’t moved. I eat healthy. I eat enough. I don’t overeat. I eat what I want when I want, and most of the time what I want is healthy. And I’m happy with it.
