This wouldn’t have gone to court if Majors was white or if Jabari was Black. I think he’s abused her before, including that night when he threw her into that cab. That’s abuse. However she had no business chasing him or trying to get his phone when he was trying to escape her. I don’t think he did anything to her the day he found her passed out in his closet. I’m amazed, not really, that this even went to trial.
