Yeah 6 foot and a woman, straight up and down, and androgynous in the face is not my ideal of pretty either but the modeling world and Hollywood disagree. Beauty standards vary by culture and that’s okay. Thank God for good Black parents who proactively challenge the images they know their kids are meant to absorb. That’s where the confidence comes from.
