Yes it is weird and that’s exactly who’s advocating this nonsense! Black comes in so many different shades! Maybe biracial people under 30 identify as such, so Black people who look Biracial, who are plentiful, are now getting hit with this nonsense because of that. I don’t know but it’s not good.
